The  Culinary Arts Center is a high tech hospitality and restaurant training center located in Fond du Lac, at the Moraine Park Technical College. This project posed many challenges. Integrating a student run restaurant, a galley, production, and 18 station learning kitchen into a tight budget and site was challenge enough, but to minimize the negative visual impact all the exposed mechanical equipment and exhaust such a structure could present within the visual heart of the campus was an arduous task for BAG as well.

Sleek modern lines are countered by a thermally efficient subterranean environment which also masks the large mechanical equipment. The curved southerly facade overlooking a radiating terraced perennial garden, beckons pedestrian traffic within the campus' s central main corridor.
