In the preliminary design phases, due to the sloped site, subterranean schemes were physically and aesthetically analyzed to possibly minimize excavation costs. In this tightly budget monitored project, the effect of this concept was then considered for the extremely important main entry view.

Later however, the development culminated in a traditional above ground approach with more precise 3D concepts provided for presentation, public awareness and fundraising abilities.
