The multimillion dollar Culinary Arts Center is a high tech hospitality and restaurant training center located in Fond du Lac, WI. Integrating a student run restaurant, a galley, production, and 18 station learning kitchen into a tight budget and site was challenge enough, but to minimize the negative visual impact all the exposed mechanical equipment and exhaust such a structure could present within the visual heart of the campus was an arduous task for BAG as well.

Sleek modern lines are countered by a thermally efficient subterranean environment. The curved southerly facade, overlooking a radiating terraced perennial garden, beckons daily pedestrian traffic.
